Leadership Application
We believe in providing opportunities for all of our team members to reach their goals. Our employee pipeline lays out the path you will take to reach those goals. One of our core values is being a self-starter. This is our way of encouraging and rewarding those that live out that unique characteristic in their daily lives!
We are excited to know that you are interested in owning your growth and seizing the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities at the restaurant.
After each level you complete in Pathway you will qualify for an evaluation. The evaluations will be scheduled as time permits, it is our goal to perform this evaluation within 2 weeks of you notifying leadership that you are ready for evaluation, but that may not always be the case. Should you pass your evaluation you will receive a pay raise as well!
Once you have completed all four levels you will then be eligible to apply for the team trainer role. Refer to the leadership applications page for the link to apply. (Please do not submit an application before you have completed your four levels)

The First Step to Leadership is: Team Trainer
Once you have made your way to becoming a team trainer you will join our team trainer 101 class. Please feel free to review this slide show proactively to see some of the expectations of our team trainers. This will help you to prepare for a role that you do not yet have or have recently been selected for. Thank you for your hard work and self-starter mentality! If you have already attended this class, please use this as a resource to stay fresh!
