FOH/DT Goals & Explanations

Check Out The FOH Goals Board On The Ice Machine in The BOH On Your Next Shift!!!

About The FOH Goals Board: these scores are obtained from our guests' surveys, financial analysis, or from a third-party auditor.

Fast and Accurate, Attentive & Courteous, and Overall Satisfaction scores are given to us by guest feedback when filling out surveys about their experience at our restaurant. This gives us an understanding of how we met, exceeded, or fell short of their expectations when visiting our location. It is our goal to exceed their expectations in all that we do! The higher the score the better.

The Mobile score is the percentage of sales that come from our mobile app, this can be scans or mobile orders.

The Speed of Service (SOS) score is the actual time that it takes for a guest to receive their meal. The timer starts from the first button pushed on the register until the order is bumped from the bagging screen or the drive-thru window screen.

Productivity scores are derrived from the number of sales dollars per labor hour, sales divided by people on the clock. This number is more static and consistent from season to season. This allows us to put a number on our productivity giving us a good measurement of how productive we are.

The Car Count score is a physical count of how many cars visited our drive-thru during a particular time.
