Walk the guest journey...




Assess the Restaurant as a guest would
They walk up the ramp by the doors, make sure the patio is clean and trash is emptied.
The doors are the first thing the guests see in our building as they open the doors to enter the building. this impacts immediately our guest's perception of our ability to keep the restaurant clean.
After entering they see the front trash cans whether or not they are overflowing
Then they approach the front counter, keep it clean and sanitized
The condiment stand needs to be stocked, neat and tidy
The last two items are ensuring tables and floors are clean!
General Dining Room Cleanliness:
Doors, Tables, Trash, Floors, Restrooms
Detail Dining Room Cleanliness:
Vents, Lights, Windows
Do not simply pass by trash on the ground, pick it up.
