Paperwork Completion

​

Please make sure we have all required paperwork and copies of your Drivers License, Social Security Card. Any Leader can make a quick copy of these for you when you turn in your

paperwork!

​

Confirmation and account set up for Hot Schedules.

​

Remember: The email with your temporary login/password will be sent to the email you provided in your New Hire paperwork packet. Please complete your account set up and put in proper availability. The availability should match what you put on your application. Please reach out to any member of our Leadership Team if you have any questions.

What to Wear.

​

Your new employee uniform is on its way. You will most likely start before your uniform has time to come in. Here is a brief summary of “Must Haves” on your first day.

​

*Black or Red plain polo

*Black jeans or pants

*Black Slip resistant shoes ( Walmart, DSW, Target, or Rack Room all have multiple options)

*on your first day we will give you a Nametag to wear EVERYDAY. It is a REQUIRED part of your

uniform.

​

Your uniform will more than likely be in by the end of your first week. Please come in above listed “temporary uniform” until your CFA uniform arrives.

*NO artificial nails allowed, NO unnatural hair colors, Black Slip Resistant Shoes are required.
