The Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) role is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current Restaurant knowledge by training Team Members in both new and Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants.This is a prestigious opportunity that is not taken lightly by Chick-fil-A or by our leadership team. If you get the opportunity to serve as a Grand Opening Trainer(GOT) you are representing the Brand to the community and the team members you are training even when you are not on the clock.

Additionally, you are representing Kevin and Chick-fil-A St. Pete Beach. For these and other reasons you must apply in the restaurant for the opportunity to be approved to serve as a GOT.
